Hi Zhang,
I'd like to do some maintenance on our mail server. I read older topics about requirement to manually delete vmail directories and files of deleted users. I found your answers about existing sql table "vmail.deleted_mailboxes" which collect records and I understand that I need to write my own cron script which will delete all remaining files from disk.

I list whole table "vmail.deleted_mailboxes" from mysql and compare it against directories on the disk (in /var/vmail/vmail1/....).

I'm not sure if there is bug but some of them are missing, that directories are written in the table but does not exist on the disk. Is there any exception? Or is there any cleaning script or sanitary check? For example between versions, because I did upgrade from previous version of IRPro?

Hi folks,
I'd like ask you if there is any way how to import 200+ emails and passwords from plain text file to make a correct accounts.
I have the plain text list of emails an password (every on one row, coma separated) and a need create correct email accounts from that list.

Probably I have to make some sql script for importing, but which tables are essential? Which column I have to fill?

Hi,

After upgrade to Pro version i am still having the same issue.
My Mail-server is rejecting emails from my wiki-server, mail.domain.com/wiki.domain.com
I am using Mailgun as smtp relay, everything else is working fine

on the wiki server the mail gets successfully sended:

I have installed iRedAdmin Pro and I keep getting the error "/iredadmin/login?msg=SESSION_EXPIRED" in the url . i cannot login any more (Error: Session expired, please re-login.) Any idea please. If I use the community edition it works fine but the pro version not working at all.

Hi, I have a fresh install of iRedMail and I received three times this message on Logwatch:

When I check the postgresql-9.3-main.log I see this type of messages:

I haven't any problem to login in Roundcube or in administrator panel, so I don't have idea about which generate this authentication errors.

How can I make "on the fly" coping of all incoming (from local users and inet) marked by amavis/spamassasin as SPAM messages  to a specified maildir? Not only "my" messages (this done through dovecot sieve) but all server`s incoming.

I want spam emails quarantine too, so spam_quarantine_to is not applicable.

We received a requirement from a client. He wants 30 users to be migrated to google apps. & Rest of the users in iredmail users.

They have configured in google apps saying if user's doesn't exists in google apps forward the mail to iredmail server. Vice versa is not working.

In iredmail server It says unknow user or user doesn't exists..

I recently installed iRedMail, and can access everything from the computer it is running on, just fine, and I can also use IMAP to connect to it remotely, however when I go to https://mx.123isme1.com/mail or https://mx.123isme1.com/iRedAdmin it gives me a browser level 404, but only when I am NOT on localhost. I am running apache2 on the same machine running 123isme1.com, would that mess something up? Maybe do I have to port forward something?

EDIT: I just remembered, I belive my domain registration is set up to only allow 123isme1.com, and www.123isme1.com, is there any way to bypass mx.123isme1.com, and have it forward otherwise?
EDIT2: nvm, ignore the last edit, that wouldn't explain why I can get to stmp.123isme1.com etc...

Is there any way to create config and folder for the web files for each email domain at the same time we create the domain for the email?

iRedmail and Exchange on same subnet only delivers mail to primary domain. All the other domains are on Exchange and hosted on a IIS web server and the bounced messages are showing the IP of the web server and not the Exchange mail server.

What I have determined is iRedmail is going directly to the IIS server and not outside the LAN to the cloud. If it left our network and hit the cloud, it would return to the other internal domains ok. I've tried adding the iRedmail server to the relay connector in Exchange but the problem still occurs. I've added the private IP of the Exchange server to the relayhost in main.cf, which fixes this internally, but when we send mail out it is using the public IP of the Exchange server and we need it to use the IP of the iRedmail server.

My question is, is there a way to make ALL mail leaving iRedmail server, leave our network hit the cloud and come back. I know this would create more traffic, but it would only be during testing.
