Case-insensitive email problem

Zhang, hope all is well.

I send one email to - test.user@mydomain.tld - this works.

I send another to - Test.User@mydomain.tld - this does not work.

Any idea? Is spamassassin blocking the caps email?

SMTP is case-insensitive, so this should work properly right?
