I'm here because I don't understand some little things, and I will be glad if you can help

I havn't installed iRedMail yet, as it appears to be on a fresh install and I don't want to reinstall everything if it doesn't work.
Here is my problem :
I've a diaspora pod on my server (it's like server acting like a node for diaspora).
I need SSL on it.
When I create a ssl certificate on startSSL website, they ask me on which email I want to receive it. I only have few choices and can't write my own, it's always : postmaster@ogdabou.ninja, or admin@ogdabou.ninja.
Here is where iRedMail comes .
I need an email for postmaster@ogdabou.ninja in order to receive this certificate.
But when I started the iRedMail installation, it asked me what will be the email, but the email should be different.
If I have a domain : ogdabou.ninja
Why can't I create a mail postmaster@ogdabou.ninja ?
Maybe I didn't understood how things work, but I'm stuck. I need a postmaster@ogdabou.ninja mail but iRedMail seems to allow me only to create a no-ogdabou.ninja mail.
