Cluebringer greylisting works for one domain only

- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 12.04

Currently Cluebringer greylisting is only working for one of our domains, I can see that working clearly in mail.log:

cbpolicyd[30420]: module=Greylisting, action=defer, ... reason=greylisted

I am not seeing any such entries on the rest of our domains. I have checked in iredadmin-pro and greylisting is checked on all domains.

I appreciate I am a little behind on the recent couple of updates, thanks to shortage of time.

Obviously updating is a priority, but is there anything else I should be checking?
