I have set a global throttling of 15 mail / minute. Now I want to set a higher throttling for one user or domain.
As far as I understood the throttling settings of the domain or even the user have an higher priority. But when I set the throttling of a domain or user at a higher value (for example 50 mails/minute), it won't work.
I can see that both quotas get tracked (in cluebringer DB), but it looks like the lowest limit matches - not matter where defined.
What am I missing?
