Disabling out going filtering but filtering needed for incoming mails

Using IRed Mail Pro on CentOs

For disabling outgoing mail filtering on iredmail

in amavisd.conf whether i need to comment these lines below lines or i need to add Zero value

bypass_virus_checks_maps => 1
bypass_header_checks_maps =>1
bypass_banned_checks_maps =>1
