Hi Zhang,
User A sends mails to multiple mailing lists which has more than 100+ users in each. The sent mail is delivered to all the users in the mailing list. In addition the same mail is received multiple times (1000 times) to all domain admin users.
Note: This scenario happens only when users send email to multiple mailing lists ( > 3). I will email you the mail log separately.
This incident happen twice for the same scenario.
