Microsoft365 to iRedMail

Hi,

We are recently installed iRedMail. At present we are using Microsoft 365 mail and now we want to stop that service and use only iRedMail. Just want to know how to migrate our old emails(Microsoft365) to iRedMail. And also want to know if we stop Microsoft 365 mail service can we receive all mails to the same respective email address ?
